1. Cancellation policy: Cancellations for the hair salon must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations for all other services must be made 2 hours prior to the appointment.

2. Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we have the right to refuse service.

3. Hygiene policy: Waxmee Salon and Spa goes the extra mile when it comes to hygiene, ensuring a sanitary experience from start to finish. We use a combination of Ultraviolet sterilization and sanitation as well as a Barbicide disinfectant.

4. Refund policy: Waxmee Salon and Spa does not offer refunds for any of the services we provide.

5. Payment policy: We accept all major credit cards with the exception of Discover and American Express. We also accept cash, Zelle and apple pay.
